The positions will predominantly be based in South East Queensland, primarily at in Brisbane, but preferred candidates must be willing and able to travel between Brisbane, and other sites as required. As a BDA Training Designer/Developer, you will provide the full spectrum of training support for our current and emerging customer training programs. Conduct training needs analysis to identify training gaps Design, develop, facilitate and evaluate technical training materials for program customers Develop and design courses, curriculum and training / instructional materials (including learning objectives, assessment criteria, instructor guides, student handouts, etc.) Collaborate with subject experts to develop course content Develop innovative, relevant and engaging training solutions Evaluate and update training materials in response to feedback and continuous improvement initiatives Support training delivery Effective engagement with customer representatives and subject matter experts Experience/Qualifications Demonstrated experience in the analysis, design, development and evaluation of training (experience in complex Training Needs Analysis) Experience in Training Design Curriculum Development Ability to work under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment Ability to obtain a baseline Defence Security Clearance Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements Ability to obtain a NV1 Defence Security Clearance Understanding of the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) or a Defence Training background   TAE40116 Certificate IV - Training and Assessment (desirable) High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
