**DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a talented **Field Service** **Technician– Electrical Power** **Generation** in **Darwin.** This role will see you as part of a team of field-based technicians specialising in repairing and maintaining high horsepower, prime and standby generators. **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:** + Working on generator sets and engine control panels, Scheduled and unscheduled service works. + Troubleshooting and diagnostics on engines/generators up to 3350KVA + Modifying wiring looms/diagrams + Commissioning of new generators/systems, transfer switches and master controllers + Workingclosely with the Mechanical Service team + Completing all work with a high focus on safety + Participate in an AH on call roster **RESPONSIBILITIES** **To be successful in this role you will need the following:** + Be a trade qualified Grade A Electrician + Previous experience in Power Generation products would be highly regarded but is not essential + An in depth understanding of control systems (including PLC and relay logic) + The ability to interpret electrical schematics + Strong PC skills + Excellent teamwork and customer service skills + A current, valid driver’s license **QUALIFICATIONS** Darwin PowerGen Electrician **Job** Service **Organization** Cummins Inc. **Role Category** Hybrid **Job Type** Technician **ReqID** 2415528 **Relocation Package** Yes
