Provide authoritative advice to senior management within Corrections Victoria regarding services for people in the justice system, to assist in setting evidence-based policy direction. FIS provides evidence-based screening, assessment and intervention services for individuals in custody and the community. We focus on areas such as violent and sexual offending, restorative justice, violent extremism and family violence. As part of the FIS leadership team, you are responsible for the overall management of the following teams and clinical positions: Intake Unit, External Providers, Workforce Development and Support Services, Principal Clinician Restorative Justice and Principal Clinical Advisor.
