Contribute to delivering on ASIC's purpose, vision, and strategic priorities to help maintain the integrity of the financial system and protect consumers from harm.     As a Senior Program Change Manager, you will lead a team of change and communication managers to deliver change initiatives across ASIC for the RegistryConnect Program. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the RegistryConnect change strategy.      Melbourne/Sydney/Canberra.  Other locations considered $158,578 - $178,498 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuation 3 Year Fixed Term Contract Applications close at 11:59pm AEST, 8 July 2025      The team     RegistryConnect aims to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient registry services to support Australia's economy through five key objectives:  Stabilise ASIC Registry technology for greater security and performance Modernise registers, channels, and interfaces Enhance registry data quality and integrate new data sets Enable better outcomes through policy and law reform Build lasting capabilities for future changes     The role   You will be accountable for: Leading a team to deliver change initiatives for RegistryConnect, ensuring hands-on execution Developing and implementing the change strategy, roadmap, and engagement model aligned with ASIC governance Building strong relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and external groups to drive adoption Uplifting change capability using standard tools and artefacts for consistent delivery Assessing change impacts across people, process, technology, data, and law Monitoring effectiveness of change activities and identifying improvements Coaching and mentoring leaders and teams to navigate change effectively   About you    You will have excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts effectively across all levels of the organisation. In addition, you will have the following experience:   Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology/Business Management/Communications Change Management certification such as PROSCI highly regarded. Proven expertise in leading large-scale, Program level and organisational change initiatives and developing transition strategies and plans aligned with organisational imperatives. A strong understanding of both Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies, with demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross functional teams, drive consensus and manage resistance to change. Experience in delivering end-to-end change management programs, ideally within the technology and business operations domains. Strong interpersonal, relationship building skills, with the ability to negotiate, consult and develop effective partnerships with a range of stakeholders. Microsoft Office suite including Visio, Project, and Azure Dev Ops and SharePoint knowledge an advantage.   View the position description for more information or click ‘apply' to start your application.
