The position As a Business Development and Partnerships Manager, you will: : Identify and develop commercial partnerships to support business objectives, while managing ongoing relationships to achieve intended outcomes and return on investment (ROI) post:contract. : Collaborate within the Business Development and Partnerships team and cross:functional teams to ensure partnerships align with business needs, converting objectives into viable partnership opportunities. : Evaluate and select potential partners through proactive scouting and inquiries, conducting risk assessments and compatibility scans, while leading engagement processes to design mutually beneficial partnership models. : Plan and execute negotiation strategies, developing financial and economic models to underpin agreements in coordination with Legal, Ethics, and Compliance (LEC) to ensure contracts reflect negotiated terms. : Serve as the primary contact for partners, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders, monitoring and evaluating partnership performance, and addressing challenges through co:developed solutions for continued success. Qualifications : A bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, or Science. : At least 7 years of professional experience, including stakeholder engagement with senior leaders. : Proven ability in project management, business case development, and launch planning. : Experience building relationships with healthcare decision:makers. : Strong business mind:set, analytical skills, negotiation expertise and excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
