Job Summary: Reporting to the Customer Development Director, you are key to building and growing our Brands in the ecommerce market. You are passionate about elevating the Hills business by translating brand strategies into sales and marketing plans to drive category, share and sales for Hill's and our retail partners. You deliver results for the team and will be seen by our partners as great to do business with. Ideally, you are currently working within the Pet or FMCG industry, and managing the day to day. You're comfortable developing strategic plans that will elevate your engagement and with your customers and are a clear and concise communicator.
