Salary – $94,198 ~ $112,011(depending on experience) plus up to 15.4% superannuation Applications close at 11:59pm AEST Wednesday, 4 June 2025   Exciting role, be a difference maker and contribute to the development and implementation of evidence management policies and procedures.   The Evidence Management (EM) team provides evidence collection, processing, management, and secure storage services to assist ASIC's regulatory teams to review and present evidence in courts and other bodies.   As a Team Coordinator, you will be required to: Assist team members and stakeholders with evidence management practices and techniques. Provide expert technical leadership and coaching to team members on evidence management practices and techniques. Allocate tasks and projects to team members and actively monitor their completion to agreed timeframes and standards. Promote a positive team culture and ensure an efficient and effective team. Ensure the team meets key performance indicators, business plan objectives, and compliance requirements. Undertake educational activities including presentations and training to stakeholders and external parties on evidence management practices and services provided by the team.   You will need demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and evidence management in a professional services firm, law firm or enforcement agency to undertake this role. Qualifications in law, information technology or business are desirable. Experience in the use of litigation support software such as Nuix Discover, Nuix Workstation, EDT, Access Data, Relativity or similar is highly desirable. Awareness of computer forensics principles is also desirable. Experience in managing evidence across the full life cycle of an investigation or litigation matter including receipt, registration, processing, uploading, remediation, archiving and disposal. Demonstrated ability to think critically when extracting and interpreting information; mine, analyse and interpret data to connect patterns and identify trends and risks; think laterally about issues to produce effective outcomes, strategies and solutions. Experience and skills at managing stakeholder and service delivery expectations, responding to complex enquiries and resolving issues as they arise. Communication skills (verbally and written) to present information to different audiences. Stakeholder management experience including building, maintaining and utilising industry networks. Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes.
