Salary – Range $94,198~$112,011 (plus 15.4% superannuation) depending on experience

The team
The Enterprise Services Group consists of four teams including Finance, Procurement, Property and Contracts, Performance Reporting and Planning and the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program. The Group provides a range of support, advice and analysis services across ASIC.
As an Executive Assistant, you will:
Collaborate within Enterprise Services, supporting two Senior Executives, and ensuring smooth team operations.
Provide a range of administrative support services, including preparing presentations, managing records, mail, and databases.
Oversee the coordination of executive meetings, including organizing room bookings, logistics, and preparing detailed agendas and materials.
Provide high-level support during meetings, including taking minutes, tracking action items, and following up to ensure accountability.
Coordinate travel and accommodation, prepare corporate card reconciliations, and manage expenditure administration.
Act as the primary liaison between Senior Executives and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
Prioritize and manage the Senior Executive Leader's approval pipeline.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within administrative functions, promoting innovative solutions and best practices.
The successful candidate will have extensive professional experience and skills required for an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant. You will also have a strong background in research, document review, and editing to assist with response preparation. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. You will also have exceptional verbal engagement and telephone manner for effective executive-level communication.
Other key skills and experience required include:
Work autonomously with high organization and manage executive relationships remotely.
Exceptional stakeholder management for internal and external engagements.
Excellent attention to detail.
High-level organization, priority-setting, and deadline management.
Tertiary qualifications in administration or related field and/or relevant experience.
