The HCM Senior Solution Advisor (SA), is the go-to person for HCM solution or product questions from the field teams. The SA brings well-developed HCM solution and business process knowledge to customers by demonstrating a compelling vision of the future with SAP Business Suite with HCM plus partner solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong presentation & demonstration skills, deep knowledge of SuccessFactors or other HCM solutions/industry, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. The individual will act as a subject matter expert on SuccessFactors, staying current on product updates, new features, and industry trends.
The SA will leverage deep expertise in specific solutions to support the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to post-sale customer support. Additionally, you will assist customers in expanding their current SAP Business Suite HCM footprint to maximise value for their organisation.
Provide deep HR solution-specific expertise to support new sales and adoption for key customers
Showcase standard and customised/personalised solutions demonstrating the value of SAP HCM Cloud.
Present with expertise showcasing solution functional (L3) and cloud security technical (L1) capabilities
Support SAP Field & ecosystem delivering presentations and events to identify and qualify opportunities, to drive adoption/consumption
Evaluate opportunity and prospect/account qualification criteria to determine further investment validity
Use HR thought leadership initiatives to determine and progress prospect and customer win themes for sustainable success
Collaborate across the ecosystem, proving competitive differentiation
Conduct dry runs on strategic deals and customer engagements
Transition engagement to the implementation partner/ Services teams
Trusted Advisor to prospects, customers and the SAP ecosystem
Leverage digital assets throughout the customer engagement, including demos, presentations, and other content
Initiate innovations and share best practices with peers
Professional experiences such as HR roles, Pre-Sales roles, Solution Advisory, and, or Customer Success Management skills
SAP Business Suite HCM SuccessFactors experience of 3+ years or other HCM solutions
Viewed as an HR expert with a track record of role successes
Skilled at creating compelling storylines/themes for engagements
Ability to quickly understand customer's business goals to be the centre of recommended solutions
Passion and energy in all customer interactions
Customer Advocate: Collaborate to complement AI 1st, SAP Business Suite SuccessFactors solution expertise, supporting revenue growth
Digital Tools: Leverage digital assets throughout engagement
Transition briefings: with SI Partner/Customer Services & Delivery to collaborate and share all assets for successful deployment and realization of solution value
SAP Ecosystem: Share best practices and collaborate on providing solutions and services support across the entire customer journey.
