The STAR program is a 2-year program, during which time you will gain experience in different areas. You’ll have a dedicated STAR manager to support your personal development and a rotational mentor to guide you as you learn the ropes in each team. You will also have a STAR student mentor to help you find your way around and show you the best bits of the office! So how does it work? The STAR Program is the part time job that gives you a competitive advantage over other students when you graduate, looks great on your LinkedIn profile and provides experience learning soft skills such as: Customer facing communication Internal presentations In this role as a STAR student, you will have the opportunity to: Experience different aspects of our business, often via 6 month rotations Receive on-the-job structured development, coaching and mentoring and have the opportunity to interact with managers, leaders, and Executives from the Leadership team. Work on a part-time basis during the academic year with an option to work full-time over the semester break – all paid of course! Earn academic credit from accredited programs at your university for your experience. Gain hands-on practical work experience and start building your professional network early. At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to apply for permanent opportunities within the business that will challenge and grow your current capabilities. What you’ll do: (ROLE) Position title: STAR (Student Training and Rotation) Program Intern – Sydney Location: Sydney, Australia Expected start date and duration: Early February 2026 for minimum 24 months duration Who you are: (Requirements) We’re looking for University Students who are self-motivated, have initiative, perseverance, and the hunger to stay curious. We’re after people who enjoy working on meaningful innovative projects and are driven to continually learn.
