You will also be expected to foster a culture of safety in the workplace. To thrive in this position, you should possess a Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics) and a knack for building strong relationships within your team. While a current B1 MAML is a plus, your previous experience with Rotary Wing Aircraft and proven knowledge of Aviation Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and the DASR 145 Aircraft Maintenance Regulatory Framework will set you apart. Relocation assistance available for the right applicant.   Necessary requirements Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics) Previous experience as a maintenance certifier or trade supervisor, with strong verbal and written communication skills Be able to demonstrate an understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) procedures Ability to foster productive working relationships, ensuring team and organizational goals are met Solid understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety procedures, along with experience in computer-based maintenance management systems Current B1 MAML or the ability to obtain (desirable). C class driver's license. Australian Citizenship, with the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 AGSVA clearance.   You will be required to successfully undergo the vetting process for a government security clearance (Negative Vetting 1) sponsored by BDA.
