Languages: Basic knowledge of English Type of Industry Experience: Cleaning Job Duties: · The supervision of all cleaning staff focussing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on duty. · Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met. · Reviewing work schedules. · Ordering of cleaning materials. · Monitoring of all cleaning activities. · Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures. · Respond to and resolve client's concerns. · Hire and train new cleaning staff. · May perform certain cleaning duties.
