Location: 2657 Ware Street, Abbotsford, BC, V2S 3E7 Wage Rate: $19.00 Hourly, for 40 Hours per week Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Morning, day, evening, Weekend, Overtime if required. Education: High School. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar field required Languages: English Type of Industry Experience: Food Industry Benefits: Relocation expenses and medical insurance for first three months, if required. Job Duties: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation. Establish work schedules and procedures. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets. Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and company safety and security policy are followed.
