ACCOUNTABILITIES: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px: : Complete required paperwork for traceability of product : Inform Supervisor/Process owners on quality issues : Perform all required Quality checks daily : Ensure safe operating procedures are always followed : Strict adherence to Job Safety Hazard Analysis, Ontario Health and Safety Act and Regulations and all Plant Safety Rules/Protocols : Identify safety issues and concerns : Take corrective action; monitor the corrective action : Train/assist new employees on safety and quality requirements : Operate various machinery on shop floor, ie, Pilger Mills, Amtrex, Polisher, HPTR's, : Verify Quality requirements as per specifications for all products. : Meet demanding productivity goals : Perform repetitive work without losing effectiveness : Keep up with high:speed equipment and/or production demand KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE: : Grade 12 graduate : Experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment : Able to work 8 hour rotating shifts Selected applicants will be tested and interviewed.
