It's an exciting time to join the team at Hydro One Job Duties: Assist our Contract, Program, and Project Management Teams stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : Assist in ongoing project management support of Distribution lines and/or Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects. : Assist in creating documentation for requests for quote (RFQs) and requests for proposal (RFPs) during the procurement stage of projects. : Receive assignments from supervisors on problems related to assigned area of work. : Research available resources and contacts and propose effective recommendations. : Assist in the analysis of problems and develop strategies and preferred solutions; and assist in the delivery of the solution through suppliers and service providers. : Assist in managing small: and large:scale deliverables in a cross functional team. : Gather, consolidate, analyze and present project data (metrics, project status, financial) in spreadsheets and dashboards to improve decision making Prepare comprehensive reports and specifications for projects and programs. : Work with others, including different project managers, as required. : Assist in managing and tracking project budget and status; report on variances and assist in redirection of programs and projects. : Assist in driving project success through timely update requests. : Perform other duties as required .
