Job title: Retail Sales Supervisor Business address: 6953 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC, V5E 1E5 Working location: Same as above Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time Compensation: $40.87 per hour Hours of work: 30-40 hours per week Vacant: 1 Benefits: 4% of gross salary for vacation remuneration, extended health benefits after 3months Language: English Job Duties - Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of business. - Oversea inventory and ensure items are in stock, order when out of stock within the budget. - Source and negotiate with distributors for supply. - Authorize and oversea account payable/receivable. - Manage reports to record sales figures, merchandising for data analysis and forward planning. - Handle client complaints, requests and issues that may arise such as supply shortages etc. - Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed for store displays and signage etc. - Recruit and train new staff, monitor and report on performance after hiring.
