Coastal Auto and Tire Centre, a busy automotive repair shop in Burnaby, BC, is looking for a Service/Parts Advisor to start as soon as possible. Duties include: Booking customer appointments Communicating with customers about their vehicle Processing/collecting payments Parking/moving vehicles Tracking parts ordered/place delivered parts at vehicle bay Picking up packages as required Regular office maintenance Knowledge and skills required: General automotive industry experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively with customers and retain customer satisfaction Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues Knowledgeable on a computer, and using different software programs Valid British Columbia drivers license.
