As a vital member of our consulting team, you will play a crucial role in delivering on client maintenance and/or operations improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. Your day:to:day activities will involve: typedisc: :Conducting analysis and assessing current and target states to drive project success. :Developing improvement roadmaps and managing programs to ensure seamless project execution. :Developing and implementing maintenance and operations program improvements :Engaging with clients across various activities, providing insights and solutions tailored to their needs. You will have the opportunity to develop and take on increasing responsibilities in project delivery, including leading junior practitioners within the team. Your responsibilities will also encompass: typedisc: :Engagement Management:Assisting team leaders with engagement planning and scoping, gaining buy:in for proposed solutions from top management levels, and ensuring the delivery of high:quality work products on time. :Stakeholder Management:Building and maintaining strong client relationships, participating in business development activities, and actively contributing to pursuit teams and proposal content development. :Practice Development and Eminence:Supporting the development of practical solutions and methodologies, and participating in industry and eminence events sponsored by the firm. Enough about us, let's talk about you You are someone with: typedisc: :An undergraduate degree in Engineering, a technical field, or Business with outstanding academic credentials. :A passion for Maintenance and Operations in Energy, Resources, and Industrials industries. :At least 3+ years of exposure and experience in asset:intensive industries such as Mining, Oil and Gas, Power and Utilities, or other heavy industries, with a strong focus on maintenance and asset management practicesand/or experience in operational roles. :Strong operations and/or maintenance experience in these sectors. :Recent relevant experience in Maintenance Work Management. :R
