Job title: Key Accounts Manager - Sales (NOC 60010) Wage: $ 55.00 per hour for 35 hours per week Work location: 123 1518 Centre Street North, Calgary, Alberta T2E 2R9 Key Responsibilities: · Develop, oversee and maintain trust relationships and sales accounts with a portfolio of clients · Deliver new opportunities to the business via pipeline development in new immigrant market segments · Manage sales operations and lead sales team in developing client relationships · Be responsible for driving brand success, sales and profitability for the Company · Lead all components of the sales process including targeting appropriate accounts, lead selling, and positioning products · Develop strategic sales planning for new product lines and product features · Keep CRM up to date with all executed and planned activities · Train and manage sales associates on product initiatives · Review sales polices and services · Make regular calls and visits to clients such as dealerships and car rental companies · Work closely with marketing team to establish ways to improve our sales strategy · Deliver brand/product presentations to clients · Negotiate contracts and liaise with internal and external stakeholders · Participate in sales initiatives and activities for independent accounts · Participate in weekly Sales & Marketing meetings to provide feedback on lead quality and quantity · Finalize, confirm and review meetings between prospective clients and sales associates
