The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading data migration projects, ensuring seamless data integration, and providing strategic insights to optimize our clients HR systems. What will your typical day look like? Key Responsibilities: :Project Leadership: Lead and manage data conversion projects from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring all project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget. :Data Analysis and Mapping: Perform detailed data analysis and mapping activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance with business requirements. :Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, define data migration strategies, and ensure alignment with overall project goals. :Quality Assurance: Develop and implement data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of converted data. :Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced data conversion tools and techniques to facilitate the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data into SuccessFactors from SAP ECC. :Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including data conversion plans, mapping documents, and post:migration support guides. :Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on data conversion processes and best practices. :Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance data conversion efficiency and effectiveness.
