What will your typical day look like? As a manager some of your duties will include but not limited to: Project Management :Oversee the data analytics lifecycle of client engagements with a teams of data analytics and SMEs, and ensure insights align with business objectives :Define project scope, goals and deliverables, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements :Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate them. :Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Client Engagement :Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and project sponsors. :Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes effectively to ensure alignment and buy:in from all parties involved. :Act as a bridge between technical and non:technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language. :Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements. :Conduct thorough assessments of clients existing technology systems, processes, and infrastructure. :Provide expert advice and guidance to clients including best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Continuous Improvement :Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements, industry trends, and best practices. :Continuously evaluate and refine our consulting methodologies, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation and excellence in service delivery. :Share knowledge and insights with colleagues through training sessions, workshops, and internal knowledge:sharing platforms. Solution Development :Leading code reviews to enforce project standards and ensure a high bar for both technical and overall solution quality. :Mentoring and guiding other engineers toward best practices and serving as a technical resource.
