As a Manager in our Content Services practice, you will play a key role in leading project teams to help clients address complex Records Management challenges and advance their digital transformation agendas. You will oversee the execution of projects, ensuring the effective use of information to meet regulatory obligations, enhance collaboration, automate processes, and modernize Information and Records Management programs. You will be responsible for managing day:to:day project activities, providing guidance to team members, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. About the team Our Content Services practice partners with clients throughout their end:to:end journey, from strategy development to implementation and ongoing operations. As a Manager, you will contribute to building our sales pipeline, support business development activities, and deliver Deloitte's thought leadership to clients. You will work closely with industry experts, business stakeholders, and technical teams in a dynamic and collaborative setting. In addition to delivering client engagements, you will mentor junior staff, foster team development, and build relationships with key vendors such as Microsoft, OpenText, and Hyland to deliver tailored solutions for our clients. Enough about us, let's talk about you You are someone who brings: - 5:10 years of experience in consulting or professional services, with a focus on Records Management, Information Architecture Design, Content Migration, Systems Integration, or CSP Solution Implementation (e.g., Microsoft 365, OpenText, Hyland, Alfresco). - Proven track record managing the full project delivery lifecycle for Content Services initiatives, including Content Management Strategies and Platform Implementations. - Experience leading teams of 5:10 professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative team culture. - Strong client:facing skills, with experience supporting the sales cycle (e.g., responding to RFPs, preparing client presentations, contributing to proposals, and pricing strategy). - Strategic mindset with experience developing business cases, conducting current and future state assessments, designing governance and operating models, and developing implementation roadmaps. - Expertise in project management, including status reporting, budget tracking, forecasting, and stakeholder management. - Deep understanding of records and information management principles and the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders with varying levels of expertise. - Undergraduate or graduate degree (or e
