INTRODUCTION As the Assistant Branch Manager you will be an integral member of the Branch Leadership team. You will contribute to the overall success of the branch and ensure a high level of client service is achieved through effective operations and administrative efficiencies. WHAT YOULL BE DOING In this role you will: : Take a lead role in supporting Advisor teams and solving day to day issues : Assist the Branch Manager in the continued implementation and adoption of our Total Wealth Strategy : Provide on:going coaching with employee development, performance management and motivation : Collaborate with Wealth Specialists and Bank partners in delivering thoughtful, holistic advice leading to the best possible outcome for our clients : Maintain regulatory requirements and organizational standards : Build and create a high performance environment in which your team pursues effective and efficient operations : Foster an inclusive work environment using a coaching mindset and behaviours DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS We'd love to work with you if you have: : 2+ years of experience in the investment industry (Wealth Management/Financial Services) : Investment Representative licensing (CSC, CPH and IRT) : A coaching mindset with experience communicating a business strategy : Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems : Previous management experience considered an asset : Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills WHATS IN IT FOR YOU : At ScotiaMcleod we help employees build their futures : where they can be themselves, and win together.
