We're looking for a Senior Associate to join our team and support HR diligence and value creation efforts. In this role, you will drive HR due diligence, cost savings, and revenue enhancement initiatives that deliver measurable results for our clients. While prior M and A or due diligenceexperience is a plus, it's not a requirement. We're seeking someone who can leverage their experience in HR consulting-whether in benefits, pensions, health, actuarial, executive compensation, or HR operations-to create value in transformative business transactions. What will your typical day look like? As a core member of our Deal Transformation and Post Merger Integration Team (DT and PMI) Human Resources Due Diligence (HRDD) team, you will collaborate closely with our diligence Managers and Senior Managers to support high:impact M and A pre:deal transactions. You'll play a critical role in conducting detailed, financially focused pre:signing due diligence on key HR areas, including workforce dynamics and the evaluation of material deal drivers related to compensation and benefits. Your responsibilities will include examining complex elements such as retirement plans (including pensions), stock:based awards, executive employment contracts, change:in:control agreements, and health and welfare coverages. You'll also contribute to HR value creation initiatives, identifying and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth and cost savings for our private equity clients. This is a dynamic role where your expertise will directly influence the success of major transactions, and you'll be empowered to uncover innovative solutions that create real business value. Responsibilities: :Conduct HR due diligence to identify and quantify risks and opportunities across compensation, benefits, compliance, labor relations, HR operations, and talent and culture. :Manage the data flow in the diligence lifecycle, including overseeing information requests and reviewing dataroom documents. :Develop financial and analytical models to provide data:driven insights that impact the deal model (debt, EBITDA, etc.). :Support the preparation for diligence discussions with the Seller or Target's management team. :Conduct HR carve:out assessments, including designing standalone organizational structures, evaluating HR costs, and reviewing Transition Service Agreements (TSAs). :Draft concise data summaries, exhibits, and write:ups for the HR diligence report. :Coordinate HR diligence findings with other teams (finance, tax, IT) within Deloitte, clients, and external advisors. :Contribute to labor value creation and EBITDA improvem
