What will your typical day look like? As a Senior Manager on Deloittes Energy, Resources and Industrials team, your day will involve overseeing project planning and execution, engaging with senior clients to understand and address their strategic needs, and leveraging advanced technologies to deliver innovative solutions. You will work up to 50 on our client's operational sites, lead data analysis, develop comprehensive strategic recommendations, and present findings to top stakeholders. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior team members and collaborate with cross:functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. About the team Deloittes Energy, Resources and Industrials (ER and I) practice, particularly the Mining and Metals sector, leverages advanced technology and innovative transformation strategies to help clients navigate the complexities of the global mining industry. The team focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, driving sustainable practices, and fostering digital innovation. By bringing an integrated and strategic perspective to operational performance, Deloittes experts assist companies in optimizing their value chains, improving safety and compliance, and achieving long:term growth.
