Job Description MAJOR DUTIES: Support the Project Management team by executing, documenting, and tracking various project tasks. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: - Attend Project meetings (as required) and assist with capturing and distributing meeting minutes - Action Item monitoring/reporting with the PM - Ensure project related documents are stored and maintained in relevent SharePoint locations - Assist with Setup and maintenance of project PLM and ETO Workbench - Assist with developing Change Order Requests and processing of customer Purchase Orders - Tracking and coordinating customer supplied materials - Gathering supporting information for customer status reports - Schedule monitoring (Earned Value) and updating as necessary - Maintenance of Project Gate forms and route to PM for signatures. - Complete project Shipping Request Forms (SRF) and facilitate shipments as necessary Qualifications Education: A Post:Secondary college diploma, engineering degree or equivalent. Willingness to pursue the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset.
