Job Duties Job Duties: : Under strict supervision, assists senior operators and/or performs frac:specific job roles (e.g., proppant, chemicals, blenders, QA/QC, etc... ). : Learns basic operations to include but not limited to: performing pre/post job equipment inspections, performing and completing preventative maintenance procedures and operating support equipment (e.g., proppant handling, fluid tanks, suction manifolding, discharge manifold equipment, etc.). : Completes requisite training and demonstrates competency as defined for current and next level. : Assists in assembly and preparation of equipment for installation and service. : Assists in the cleanup, repair, and preparation for the next job. : Exhibits safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. : Participates in quality and continuous improvement processes. Qualifications: : Requires completion of a high school diploma or equivalent. : Reading comprehension and writing skills are required. : Basic computer skills and the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations are preferred. : Skills are acquired through on:the:job training and 3:6 months experience as an Operator Asst I. : Class 5 non:GDL drivers license required with the ability to obtain a Class 1 license. Halliburton will support successful candidates in the necessary Class 1 license course once employed. : Must be able to provide a copy of drivers abstract. : This position requires you to coordinate your own local housing in the Grand Prairie area during scheduled time on. : Schedule: 15 days on/6 days off with overtime eligibility. : Halliburton reserves the right to adjust schedules based on industry needs.
