Leading a team of OH and S Advisors the incumbent will continuously monitor and support the improvement of OH and S performance through communication and implementation of corrective action for identified risks. The incumbent manages the implementation of company safety programs, policies, and procedures for their assigned OpCo's. While partnering with OpCo leaders to ensure compliance and provide day:to:day leadership in the continued building of a strong culture of care. Provides honest, objective feedback to management regarding achievements and opportunities of safety standards, policies, and procedures.
