Job Duties:
- Prepare work schedules and monitor staff performance.
- Plan and organize the functions of the cafeteria.
- Direct and control daily operations.
- Hire staff and observe staff training.
- Maintain and ensure health and safety rules are followed.
- Resolve customer complaints and work-staff conflicts.
- Make arrangements with food and other suppliers.
