WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Your primary functions would be: : Appling payment through various methods: stylelist:style:type:circle;margin:bottom:0.0in;margin:top:0.0px: : Cheque : Credit Card : Online Payments : EFT : Pre:authorized Payments (PAP) : Posting payments to the G/L. : Contacting customers to obtain credit card information. : Creating credit card token in 3rd party database. : Processing monthly PAP files. : Contacting customers regarding declined payments. : Reconciling payments and customer accounts. : Communicating with both internal and external customers in writing and verbally. You will be cross:trained in the following functions: stylemargin:bottom:0.0in;margin:top:0.0px: : Review Credit applications. : Pulling credit reports from agencies and/or financial institutions. : Providing recommendation and documentation for credit granting to the Manager for approval. : Creating invoices/credits. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE stylemargin:bottom:0.0in;margin:top:0.0px: : 2 years' experience in payment application. : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. : A basic understanding of the accounting principles. : Strong computer skills; Outlook, Word, Excel. : Attention to detail and accuracy is a must. : An ability to manage time appropriately in order to complete daily tasks. : Forward thinking : strive to improve current processes.
