The Opportunity Reporting to the Manager of Family Intensive Outreach Services, the Social Worker (Masters) is responsible for the planning and provision of treatment with children/youth and their families struggling with Disruptive Behaviour Disorders (FIOS) across the age spectrum of the MHA Program. The FIOS service provides intensive, family:based interventions for children/youth and their families using the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy Model (ESFT). As an integral member of the interprofessional team, the Social Worker (Masters) is a treatment clinician responsible for providing individual and family treatment for children/youth and their families. The Clinical Social Worker provides consultation, guidance, and support to the service as needed, and leads the clinical coordination of treatment plans for clients and families. The Social Worker (Masters) provides clinical supervision to staff, promotes the provision of quality, evidence:based care to clients and families, paipates in service development, and provides leadership to the treatment process.
