Position Info:
· Position: Cook
· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
· Wage: $18.00~$19.00/hour (depending on Experience)
· Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
· Number of Positions: 4
· Work Location: Location: 101-1730 Pier Mac Way, Kelowna, BC V1V 3E
Benefits:
· 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
· Prepare and cook complete meals and dishes for customers.
· Prepare, weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes.
· Check food and ingredients for freshness.
· Assist other cooks during the food assembly process.
· Portion, arrange, and garnish food based on client preference.
· Train and supervise kitchen helpers.
· Maintain kitchen inventory, supplies and equipment.
· Maintain good sanitation around work area.
· Order kitchen supplies and equipment when needed.
Job requirements:
· Language: English
· Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
