Location: 101-1865 Dilworth Drive, Kelowna, British Columbia, V1Y 9T1 Positions Available: 1 (One) Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible. Compensation: $23.08 per hour Work hours: 30 hours/week. Terms: Permanent Full-Time Language of Work: English Job duties and Responsibilities: · Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers. · Assign sales workers to duties. · Operate cash registers and authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise. · Sell merchandise to customers. · Replenish sales floor. · Maintain specified inventory. · Monitor and prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. · Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages. · Maintain store health and safety procedures. · Keep the store tidy and attractive. · Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff. Skills and Education: 1-2 years of related experience Completion of Secondary School
