Working with Richardson opens to door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for an Operations Supervisor at our Lethbridge, AB location. Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations and unionized staff in the Food & Ingredient DepartmentAchieve production goals while meeting quality, safety, and regulatory standardsEnsure safe and efficient execution of the daily production scheduleIdentify, correct, and report non-conformancesLead assigned projects and support continuous improvement initiativesManage timekeeping and payroll in line with company policies and the Collective AgreementParticipate in team meetings and contribute to departmental goal settingCoordinate with Maintenance, Logistics, and Quality Assurance teamsSchedule staff to meet operational needsPerform other related duties as assigned Qualifications:Post-secondary education in Operations, Engineering, or Business preferred2–4 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing (unionized environment an asset)Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skillsExperience with continuous improvement and project managementProficient in documentation, communication, and computer useSkilled in conflict resolution and conducting disciplinary meetingsFamiliarity with health & safety programs, HACCP, and ISO systems an assetExcellent time management and organizational skills Richardson International provides a comprehensive compensation package consisting of a competitive salary, pension, a flexible benefits plan, and training and career development opportunities.
