The job description is as follows: Title: Truck Driver NOC: 73300 Salary: $28.00 per Hour Terms of Employment: Full Time/Permanent Positions Available: 1 Start Date: As soon as possible Job Duties · Address customers' complaints or concerns · Owner-operator business skills · Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy. · Load and unload goods · Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials. · Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment. · Perform emergency roadside repairs. · Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. · Perform preventive maintenance. · Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo. Employment requirements · Completion of secondary school is required. · 1-2 Years experience is required in relevant field. · Must be flexible with available working hours and must have availability for night shifts.
