Guard the quality of the code forbusiness technology solutions and prevent the accumulation of technicaldebt by applying sound engineering practices. Work closely with the Podteam to manage backlog, prioritize user stories, and confirmrequirements are clear and complete before development. Support theApplication Service Management lifecycle by analyzing trends to preventoccurrence of incidents, problems, and errors and improve overallperformance; and conducting break/fix work. Perform release managementand deployment activities and other sustainment activities with othergroups as assigned by the Supervisor. Deliver user support servicesincluding acting as the initial touchpoint for users to answerinquiries; completing quick fixes regarding technology solutions; anddriving incident, issue, and outage management activities includinginvestigation and restoration. Inspect daily work and adapt to changes;and improve team delivery capabilities and satisfaction over time byparticipating in retrospectives. Applications may require using one or more programming languages. : Guard the quality of the code and prevent accumulation of technical debt by applying sound engineering practices.
