RMR Trading Inc.o/a Panda Convenience and Variety is looking for full time Retail Supervisor for 4-3380 South Millway, Mississauga location, L5B 0G4 1 Position available. Main duties are as follows but not limited to: · Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers · Prepare work schedules · Authorize payments and the return of merchandise · Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages · Manage cash · Oversee payroll administration · Set up displays and maintain them · Maintain inventory and place orders for new merchandise · Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters · Hire and train new staff · Open and close the store when needed · Prepare and execute marketing Hours of work are 7 hours/day, 5 days/week. Pay is $25/hour. Successful candidates will speak English and have a high school diploma. Minimum work experience is 2 years hands on experience.
