Working in our cyber practice, you will find many opportunities to work on unique and exciting engagements. You will lead talented teams of diverse professionals delivering cyber security related engagements. You will help our clients understand and mature their security postures and develop effective security strategies aligned to their business. These engagements are diverse and cover a wide variety of clients, industries, and technologies. In addition to leading these engagements, you will help improve and evolve our practice, build effective teams, coach others and develop a new generation of skilled professionals while acquiring new skills and developing your own strengths and business acumen. A typical day as an OT Cyber Security Lead involves collaborating with our clients to understand their priorities, business operations and their constraints in implementing cybersecurity controls to: - Identify prioritized cyber security controls, - Translate cyber security requirement into conceptual designs, - Develop solution design and supporting processes, and - Facilitate the implementation of cyber security controls. Supporting activity includes: - Facilitating workshops to document requirements, - Review design documentation of OT technologies (e.g., Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems, Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and localized Human Machine Interfaces (HMI)), - Review technical configuration of OT technologies and supporting systems (e.g., Active Directory, Data Historian, Data Exchange systems, Virtual Machine infrastructure, Networking Equipment), - Develop cyber security standards for OT, - Document processes, - Conduct gap analysis and provide specific recommendations, - Lead junior teams and provide guidance on completion of tasks, - Manage project level activities including, creation of project plan, management and tracking of tasks, and development of project status reporting, - Identify, managing and tracking delivery risks, and - Tracking of project financials.
