As an Oracle HCM professional, you will be part of a collaborative team that spans across Canada. Your main responsibilities will involve engaging with the clients directly and analyzing HR technology issues faced by them and developing effective solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionality, as well as a strong knowledge of Canadian payroll processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating functional design documents, configuring the system, conducting comprehensive testing to ensure accuracy and functionality, and developing support models to meet current and future business needs.
