Key Responsibilities: · Coordinate, assign, and review tasks of hotel clerks, reservation staff, and other related personnel. · Develop and implement work schedules and procedures, ensuring synergy with other departments. · Handle work-related challenges and draft progress and other related reports. · Recruit, train, and mentor staff on their job roles, safety guidelines, and company policies. · Procure essential supplies and materials as needed. · Oversee the effective functioning of computer systems, equipment, and other machinery; coordinate maintenance and repair when necessary. · Manage basic bookkeeping tasks and have a familiarity with accounting procedures.
