JOB DESCRIPTION: Job type: Full-time, permanent Salary: $45.50/hour Starting date: As soon as possible Language: English JOB DUTIES: A.Managing and supervising day-to-day operation of the administrative department, establishing a positive team dynamic; B.Guiding the administrative team to develop annual plans for the administrative department, and conducting annual performance reviews; C.Evaluating, developing, implementing, and monitoring budget plans and inventory of office supplies; D.Leading and guiding the administrative department to provide administrative services as required; E.Guiding the administrative team in arranging, receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mails, deliveries, and couriers; F.Leading the administrative team in collecting, maintaining, and managing documents and files; G.Overseeing, evaluating, and providing suggestions on policy and procedures development of the administrative department; H.Taking charge of recruitment, training, performance assessment, and staff development of the administrative department as demanded; I.Providing administrative reports for management committees; J.Embedding diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging values into all activities of the administrative department; K.Coordinating the department to support other teams as required.
