We are currently looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Worker who will be working closely with our management team to ensure that our premises are always maintained in superb condition and in accordance with the Jewish Orthodox traditions and rules. Key responsibilities are the following: · Check the building systems on a daily basis, assist tradespersons if the inspection requires their involvement · Ensure that safety and security measures are in place · Respond to maintenance requests · Perform routine adjustments and minor repairs, make service calls · Prepare interior and exterior of the property for the upcoming events · Be responsible for inventory control, purchase necessary supplies and equipment · Perform other duties as requested
