Job Description

Canwing Travel Ltd. is looking for a full-time Business Services Officer to join our rapidly growing team to support our business development. Main Responsibilities · Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management. · Develops and standardizes procedures, work standards, and internal controls to improve and continuously monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative operations, programs, and service delivery methods and procedures; assesses and monitors workload and administrative and support systems. · Resolve customer complaints, answer customers' questions, and ensure all customers' concerns are addressed in a timely manner. · Establish work schedules and assignments for staff and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. · Co-ordinate customer services, such as greeting customers, answering customer inquiries, and providing customer accommodation and special support. · Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. · Completes all licensing, financial, and reports in an accurate and timely manner and critical incident reports within 24 hours. · Assist in the rebuilding and maintenance of Canwing Travel's website. · Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content. · Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and website promotions. · Perform other job duties as required or assigned. Education and Experience · Completion of college; bachelor's degree will be an asset. · Minimum one (1) year of administration, project coordination or related experience · Experience of digital marketing will be an asset. · Ability to learn quickly, perform multiple tasks and organize work in a systematic and efficient fashion.
