Your opportunity: Working under the direction of the Director (Administration), International Programs, and the Assistant Director, International Programs, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating and administering all non:academic aspects of the International Summer Academy (ISA) and enrichment and outreach programs/initiatives : offered in partnership between New College and multiple faculties; including student services, finance, and student life extra and co:curricular planning. In addition, the incumbent will assist the International Foundation Program (IFP) team at New College. This position requires occasional overnight travel. The incumbent will also be responsible for the day:to:day coordination of camp priorities to support the efficient and effective delivery of the continuum of camp programming and staffing (casual camp counsellors) to ensure effective and consistent delivery of programs as well as the annual evaluation of the programming. The incumbent will provide excellent customer service and ensure an inclusive and safe environment for the camp counsellors and camp participants.
