These areas include horticulture, conservation, education, planning and reporting, financial management, marketing and communications, events, retail, rentals, development, operational and risk management, and the expansion project and capital campaign. The Executive Director plays a pivotal role in promoting a culture of inclusivity and collaboration, as well as actively facilitating a best-practices approach to the sharing of operational knowledge across the organization and beyond. This role requires oversight of an annual operating budget of $2.5-3 Million, and an expansion capital projects budget of $50 Million over three phases.
