Mavis Medex is a physician-run clinic, with functional operation and administration, and well-trained physician assistants . Canadian and or permanent residence who are licensed Physicians and encouraged to apply. Eligible candidates will be licensed with College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Wages are on a fee for service basis, with an earning potential that the consistent with the Canadian average ($228,362-$421,184) Earning potential is comparable with the higher levels of physician income in Canada. The scope of practice will be focused but not limited to, community family medicine, with emphasis on Family Practice/Walk-in clinic for day-to-day family practice services. Men's and Women's Health services are provided, chronic disease prevention/ Management, immediate (emergency) care (urgent care, walk-in), provide continuous care to patients and the opportunity for minor surgical procedures Additional scope of this position will include prescribe and administer medications and treatments, Co-ordinate or manage primary patient care, advise patients and their families on health care including health promotion, disease, illness, and accident prevention. Support to facilitate day by day billing, use of up-to-date equipment, friendly well-organized staff and EMR are professionally encapsulated in this position.
