-Plan crop growth and development by considering factors such as water saturation, light exposure, and temperature requirements. -Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers to maintain productivity. -Organize day-to-day tasks to ensure the timely and efficient completion of farm operations. -Supervise and oversee growing and crop-related operations -Enforce farm safety protocols and biosecurity procedures to protect workers and crops, -Maintain accurate records related to quality control and crop production -Operate and perform routine maintenance on farm machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. -Carry out general farm duties as needed and assist in achieving goals.
