JOB TYPE: Regular TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent; Full-time ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as Possible NUMBER OF OPENINGS: 1 SALARY: $17.50 per hour HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 30 to 35 hours/Week WORK SETTING: Food Service Establishment/Pizza store JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Manage staff by supervising their work and coordinating their work schedules · Responsible for restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing restaurant. · Assist in training and scheduling staff in job duties and enforces sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen, dining areas and restrooms. · Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards (Health and safety) · Manage suppliers for food, soft drinks and other supplies and ensure store is stocked and track total weekly purchases and maintain records of inventory · Coordinate and supervise staff so that standards of cleanliness & guest service standards are maintained · Maintains & implements a strong commitment to guest satisfaction · Works to create and maintain an enjoyable and respectful environment for our guests and employees
