Food Services Manager Kinton Ramen Job details: Location: Toronto, ON Salary: $28.40 hourly for 44 hours per week 1 Vacancy Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-Time Start date: As soon as possible Benefits: Bonus, Medical benefits, Dental benefits, Group insurance benefits, Life insurance benefits Employment conditions: Overtime, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend, Night, Flexible hours Qualifications: - Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required - College/CEGEP or equivalent experience is required - 3 years to less than 5 years of work experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience is required Job duties: - Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations; - Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures; - Estimate the price of products and services; - Recruit, train and supervise staff according to the operating standards, and hiring and training practices of Kinton Ramen; - Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance; - Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices; - Ensure health and safety of employees are properly protected according to the health and safety standards of Kinton Ramen; - Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies; - Develop, implement and analyze budgets; - Participate in marketing plans and implementation; - Address customers' complaints or concerns; - Provide customer service or help kitchen operations when necessary; - Conduct performance reviews; - Organize and maintain inventory.
