Salaries and wages: $27.00 per hour Duties/Responsibility: · Monitors daily operations and ensures the smooth operation of Manchu Wok; · Maintains consistency in the quality of food/beverage/service/cleanliness of the restaurant; · Ensures general maintenance of all operating materials, equipment and machinery for food processing in order to prolong its usage; · Applies the procedure concerning Manchu Wok' precaution with regards to the its food safety and hygiene standards; · Creates a positive workplace whereby restaurant staff are motivated; · Conducts training and assists in any other tasks connected to food service for proper dissemination to staff and crew; · Consistently monitors quality of food and beverages being served as well as Manchu Wok's service quality; and · Submits weekly staff roster / training schedules to be followed by all employees. Qualifications: 1. Education: Completion of secondary school is required. Study in related programs are preferred, such as food service administration, hotel and restaurant management. 2. Experience: At least 2 years' experience as a food services supervisor in a restaurant or similar role. Other skills/conditions: 1. Highly developed organizational skills and customer service skills; 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; 3. Excellent interpersonal and people-management skills 4.
